About Nate Fisher
Nathan "Nate" Fisher didn't choose real estate — he was born into it. Growing up in a multi-family family, Nate got his start in the business doing maintenance work for his father at the age of five. That early exposure to the day-to-day realities of property ownership planted the seeds of what would become a 25-year career at the forefront of Ohio's multi-family real estate industry.
Building Peak 10 Group: A Two-Decade Legacy
In 2004, Nate founded Peak 10 Group in Central Ohio with a clear vision: to build a boutique commercial real estate investment firm that combined institutional discipline with an owner-operator's work ethic and attention to detail. What started as a focused regional operation has evolved into a multi-market platform with over $450 million in total acquisition value.
Today, Peak 10 Group directly manages 430 market-rate apartments in the Dayton, Ohio area through Peak 10 Properties, with communities that include Park Layne, Rockwood Apartments, Riverstone Apartment Homes, Executive House Dayton, and 617 W Riverview. Since 2012, Nate has owned and invested in over 5,200 apartment units — including over 100 student housing beds at Ohio State University.
A Visionary Developer
Peak 10 Development is currently active on two significant projects: a 130-unit active adult community in Fort Wayne, Indiana (with Homestead Development), and an 85-unit urban infill multifamily development in Columbus, Ohio (with Gallas Zadeh Development).
Industry Leadership
Nate served as President of the Columbus Apartment Association (CAA) in both 2016 and 2017 and continues to serve on its Board of Trustees and Legislative Committee. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Greater Dayton Apartment Association (GDAA) and chairs its Legislative Committee. He is an active member of the Ohio Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
Entrepreneur Beyond Real Estate
Nate is the co-owner of Protective Thermal Solutions, a commercial pest control company serving multi-family and commercial properties throughout Central and Dayton, Ohio. He is also a member of the Conway Family Business Center and participates in their CEO Peer Groups.
